We are interested in renting out our condo unit at Beacon Hill and made queries at Greater Boston.  Greater Boston was responsive and provided clear and comprehensive answers on acting as our lease agent and/or property manager.  They are also very transparent with their fees and gave me preliminary rent estimates. Really impressed with Greater Boston Property Management. From the start, they've been organized, efficient, and easy to communicate with. They're upfront about how things work, which makes the whole experience feel much less stressful. As a newer landlord in Boston,  switching over to Greater Boston Property Management made everything way easier. Before I was dealing with random tenant texts all the time, trying to line up contractors, just a bunch of small stuff that kept adding up but now it’s pretty much off my plate, they stay on top of things and are responsive. I don’t really have to chase anyone down anymore, stuff just gets handled. They’ll reach out if something actually matters but otherwise I’m not really in it day to day.

Big thing for me is they actually get Boston / these smaller buildings and are super hands on / know all of the usual pain points. Things just run smoother now, if you own something similar and don’t want to deal with all the bs it’s definitely worth checking them out!
