 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. As a newer landlord in Boston,  switching over to Greater Boston Property Management made everything way easier. Before I was dealing with random tenant texts all the time, trying to line up contractors, just a bunch of small stuff that kept adding up but now it’s pretty much off my plate, they stay on top of things and are responsive. I don’t really have to chase anyone down anymore, stuff just gets handled. They’ll reach out if something actually matters but otherwise I’m not really in it day to day.

Big thing for me is they actually get Boston / these smaller buildings and are super hands on / know all of the usual pain points. Things just run smoother now, if you own something similar and don’t want to deal with all the bs it’s definitely worth checking them out!
